If you are having trouble accessing your account for any reason follow these steps to recover it.
- Go to 'Lost Account'
- You will shortly receive an email containing a link to reset your login details.
- The login process will then be complete.

Please note: All graduates have access to mycareer for three years after graduation after which your account will be disabled
