Delivering a world-class campus
Careers in Campus Development and Campus Innovation
Working in Campus Development
We work across a number of different sites, often in exciting and inspiring, multi-disciplinary environments. Our success is built on a strong blend of skills and a desire to constantly increase our knowledge, enabling us to develop, re-design and innovate.
We are helping to transform what is already a globally recognised and successful University. New and often large-scale builds are emerging to sit side-by-side with our more historic, culturally inspiring ‘red brick’ heart. Many are being re-engineered and remoulded to create a truly inspiring campus of the future. This includes working on digitally enhanced learning and teaching spaces, and creating new research and professional service hubs that will be the envy of the UK.
Working in Campus Innovation
We are working to deliver a ‘Smart Campus’. This means creating intelligently functioning buildings by providing real-time data, automating processes and monitoring conditions. This enables informed decision-making that smartly enhances the Division's efficiency and safety.
This means our teams enjoy extensive opportunities to contribute to a variety of creative projects from inception to completion. It also gives them the chance to develop innovative skills and know-how, working alongside world-leading researchers, partners and stakeholders.
